As leaders to be aware of this and to be more effective.
The New World which makes much of our habits and thinking obsolete.

'How do you make your people focus on the real big challenge of the business which is so make more money?'
'What should we stop doing (because it doesn't help with the big challenge) to release resources to make more money?'
