John Tebbet Barnados "Working with Pentacle a major highlight of a key management conference in Barnardo's in 2004. The enthusiasm, sense of fun and wonderful engagement skills of Eddie Obeng provided a wonderful climax to this event. Over 70 senior managers "hit the road" energised and motivated to explore the ideas they had shared, experiencing both affirmation and challenge to renew and develop their leadership talent. We need to really invest in communities of leaders in all our organisations - it is not a preserve of the elite.
