Diagnosing and Designing Learning Interventions

  1. The reason for the intervention - why change?
  2. From this we identify the appropriate population of managers who need to be involved in the intervention.
  3. We then identify what the executive population need to learn in order to successfully transition. 
  4. We then create a virtual team of experts to deliver the learning program.
  5. We then design in detail both the touchspace and cyberspace parts of the programme and decide its duration etc.
  6. The learning intervention is then delivered.
