1. The Virtual Team Member must take reasonable care of his/her own health and safety The Virtual Business School will not be held responsible for any actions or results arising from interaction with the Virtual Business School.
2. The Virtual Team Member is required to treat all the The Virtual Business School’s activities as confidential, i.e. they may not, without permission, be disclosed to any third party. Similarly, none of The Virtual Business School products or service offerings (complete or otherwise), product components or The Virtual Business School correspondence may be shown or used without permission.
3. The terms of Point 2 will continue to apply indefinitely.
4. The Virtual Team Member shall not cause or permit anything which may damage or endanger the Intellectual Property or other property of the The Virtual Business School or the The Virtual Business School’s title to it or assist others to do so.
5. All inventions, improvements, discoveries or Intellectual Property of whatever nature which are received by the Virtual Team Member from the The Virtual Business School or are conceived, developed or implemented by the Virtual Team Member during his/her interaction with the The Virtual Business School will be classified as "The Virtual Business School products" and therefore subject to the terms of points 4 and 5 of this agreement.
6. All copyright in any materials or documents prepared by the Virtual Team Member in the course of his/her project/ interaction is also subject to the terms of points 4 and 5 of this agreement.
7. NO HACKING!  The Virtual Team Member shall not attempt to enter areas of The Virtual Business School to which they are not permitted - For example attempting to enter the closed space or databases accessed by any other organisation will result in immediate expulsion of the Virtual Team Member and all the members from their organisation.
8. NO SPAMMING! As part of his/her work the Virtual Team Member may have access to the electronic network of information used by the The Virtual Business School. In using this electronic network the Virtual Team Member shall ensure all reasonable security and virus protection measures are taken. Any accidental breach of security or virus incident shall be reported to the The Virtual Business School. The Virtual Team Member shall not actively disrupt or interfere with the actions of other users.  The Virtual Team Member must not actively seek to gain access to information which is not freely available to them or corrupt information on the electronic network.
9. During this agreement and within two years of its termination (in whatever manner) the Virtual Team Member shall not canvass or solicit the custom of any Client of the The Virtual Business School, except on behalf of the The Virtual Business School.
10. The Virtual Business School will not be liable for any claims arising from the non-professional conduct of the Virtual Team Member or negligence on his/her part. To this end, the Virtual Team Member shall indemnify and keep indemnified the The Virtual Business School from and against any and all loss, damage or liability (whether criminal or civil) suffered and legal fees and costs incurred by the The Virtual Business School resulting from a breach in this agreement by the Virtual Team Member.
11. New and amended terms and conditions of project may be issued by the The Virtual Business School at any time. This supersedes any prior agreement between the parties whether written or oral and any such agreements are cancelled as at the commencement date.
12. This agreement may be terminated by the The Virtual Business School without written notice at any time

1. Visitors may download materials from the Pentacle site
2. Visitors may not make additional copies or reproductions or variants of the intellectual property downloaded for commercial use
3. The Copyright of Pentacle on all downloaded material must be preserved
