Living In Future Events: The L.I.F.E. Simulators

You'll feel as if you're living this. In this scenario based simulation you get a chance to experience the dilemmas and challenges of the New World. The impact of your interactions and decisions leads you to a final outcome of success or failure. Of course, being a simulation, you can go back and re-run the scenarios to review and consolidate the key learning points.

We have made the Project Management modules available for licence. They focus on a very open and foggy project.
You lead - you decide what to do - you suffer the consequences - you learn = you succeed in real life!

The simulation is also included in a 3 day packaged course for sale to developers and trainers. You will need to attend a two day training orientation to be licensed to teach the course.

Electronic coaching - e-coach: CyberFranck*

You can have your own personal coach at your desk local to you - we call this local (not distance) learning. The electronic coach is available on a CD or directly to you via streaming on the net.
CyberFrank is helpful, demanding, suggests tools and techniques, highlights things you may have missed and, above all, helps you communicate your thoughts and work to other people.

The Project Angel

How do you fancy having your own personal coach and mentor? Well, that's what The Project Angel is. We organise for you to have access to an on-line coach who will work with you 24hrs a day helping you to find New World solutions to your issues. There are two ways to operate: with a personal coach or working in a group of other managers being coached. We ensure that the other managers are from non-competing industries.

The Project Angel is available on a subscription basis.
